Return Policy

• We hope that you love your purchase from The Texas Bucket List Store & Studio, but if it doesn't work out we do accept returns!
• Your items qualifies to be returned to The Texas Bucket List Store & Studio if:
• There is no damage.
• The original tags are still attached.
• It has not been washed, worn, used or altered in any way.
• It has not been over 14 days since the purchase date.
• If the products returned, do not meet the criteria listed above, please do not send items back to our store, as they will become property of The Texas Bucket List Store & Studio.
• Customers are responsible for shipping back to The Texas Bucket List Store & Studio.
• You can mail your return back to: 

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• If you received the wrong order, or missing items, please contact us via email or by phone. You can find this information on our website footer. We will be happy to assist you.
• If you received damaged items, please make a claim before 14 days of your purchase. If it is longer than 14 days, we are not able to process a return for you.
• Once we receive your return, we will process the return between 1-3 business days. We will then issue you store credit with a digital gift card sent to your email.
• RETURN CREDITS CAN ONLY BE USED IN-STORE OR ONLINE!
• Digital gift cards and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

In-Store Returns

• Your items qualifies to be returned to The Texas Bucket List Store & Studio if:
• There is no damage.
• The original tags are still attached.
• It has not been washed, worn, used or altered in any way.
• It has not been over 14 days since the purchase date.
• Please have your receipt along with the items you are returning.
• Your return can only be exchanged for store credit. This credit can be put towards a purchase while in the store or we can issue you a digital gift card for the store if you don't have time to shop. These gift cards never expire and can be used on our online store as well.
